Changes due to COVID-19

We take the health and wellness of you and your family as well as our employee’s health very seriously.

We also recognize that some services are essential for family health and well-being and to ensure that children make developmental progress.

We have enacted the following safety procedures to reduce the risk of spreading the virus.

  1. Any appointments that can be converted to telehealth will do so. This includes most mental health therapy appointments, feedback sessions, and group sessions.

  2. Some appointments, like autism evaluations, must be conducted in person. For any in-person appointments we will ask that you stay in the car and text/call to let us know you have arrived. Once your room is ready we will bring you directly in, eliminating gathering in common spaces like the waiting room.

  3. All clinicians will be wearing masks and we ask that any adult and child who is able also wears a mask when in the office.

  4. In-person appointments will be limited to one family per day in each room. This will ensure that a thorough cleaning can be completed between appointments.

  5. In-home services are paused. We will still conduct 1:1 ABA therapy in our clinic. We have implemented cleaning and other safety protocols and have also created an office space for parents to work while their child receives therapy.

  6. Lastly, please cancel your appointment and inform our staff if any member of your household is ill or has tested positive for COVID-19.
