Many of our services are covered through insurance plans. Please note that almost all insurances will require us to provide them with some information such as diagnosis, treatment plan, and progress notes. Also, if you are using insurance please be aware that they might limit how many sessions you receive. We will do our best to help you navigate these issues but you will also be responsible for communicating any changes to your policy or coverage.
We are in-network with the following insurance companies: Cigna, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Health Net (MHN), Optum (United Health Care), Blue Shield (Magellan), Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal, Health Net (MHN) Medi-Cal & Aetna Medi-Cal
If you have an insurance company that we are not in-network with but you feel that Ascend is the right provider for you, call your insurance company and ask them if you have Out-of Network benefits. If you have Out-of Network benefits, we will be able to provide you with a superbill for services and your insurance company may reimburse you for a percentage of the cost.
